Sanbonani Timeshare Resort is situated in the beautiful Lowveld - Mpumalanga. The Timeshare chalets are situated on the banks of the Sabie and/or Sand Rivers. There are 76 fully equipped, comfortable, chalets - each chalet has its own braai area on a covered patio and a covered parking bay nearby.
There are 56 two and 20 three bedroom luxurious self catering chalets, fully equipped with microwave, stove, oven, fridge, cooking utensils and crockery. Air conditioners are standard feature for the hot summers and a heater for the cooler winter months. Chalets are serviced daily and linen and towels are supplied in all the chalets. The furnishings are upmarket including, telephone, TV and DVD player. For your viewing pleasure a Hotel DSTV Bouquet is available - namely: SABC 1,2 & 3, MNet, Movie Magic, Super Sport 1,2 & 3, Kyk Net, ETV, and Disney Channel.
No pets including birds allowed on the resort.
Fishing is not permitted, please make enquiries at the on-site Safari Desk for fishing spots and permits.
The resort reserves the right to enforce this stipulation.
Please contact the Timeshare Office for any queries with regard to disabled needs. Although the Resort does not have dedicated Chalets for disabled guests, some of the Chalets are closer to the parking and arrangements can be made for shower chairs.
Sanbonani Resort offers holiday investors timeshare. Timeshare at Sanbonani is based on a floating fixed week calendar and is sold in 1 week modules on a shareblock basis. The initial cost of purchasing a one-week's timeshare is entirely up to the seller and can vary considerably. The main factors that impact on the price includes, the chalet size , chalet location on the resort and the time of year.
An investment in timeshare should not be viewed as a short term financial investment but as a long term holiday and leisure investment. One is purchasing an opportunity and a lifestyle that will reduce future holiday costs for you and your family.
Because lifestyle changes and families mature, flexibility and usage has been built into timeshare ownership. Sanbonani is affiliated to RCI, which enables owners to exchange locally and internationally. Sanbonani is a Gold Crown Resort which allows owners some excellent exchange values when space banking with RCI.

In addition to the opportunity to spacebank your chalet through RCI, you could make use of the other leisure exchange clubs. Sanbonani offers a rental pool, whereby Owners are able to place their chalet in the rental pool 2 months before the week falls due. For more information contact the Timeshare Administration Office.

NO ADMITTANCE TO THE RESORT WILL BE ALLOWED - unless arranged with Timeshare Management Office, prior to arrival and during office hours. (Monday - Friday 08H00 to 17H00)
For obvious security reasons and to alleviate the disturbance of in-house guests during late check in.
